Check Patient Condition
Assess the jawbone condition,
and establish a treatment plan based on the patient's condition.
If you're considering implants in Gangnam, at OAKS Dental the head director takes responsibility for care from placement to prosthetics, based on CT digital diagnosis and an in-house dental lab. An implant restores function like a natural tooth by placing an artificial root in the site of a lost tooth and connecting a prosthesis; OAKS Dental provides placement plans tailored to each patient's oral condition, plus regular post-placement check-ups and aftercare.

Understanding the patient's oral condition and predicting changes after placement requires good communication between doctor and patient.
Assess the jawbone condition,
and establish a treatment plan based on the patient's condition.
Suited to the patient's oral condition,
we select the appropriate product.
At the exact position in the jawbone,
we place the implant.
For the lower jaw, 2–3 months,
and the upper jaw takes about 3–6 months to heal.
After the healing period, so a tooth
can be fitted, we connect the abutment.
Once the implant is confirmed fixed to the bone,
the artificial tooth is inserted.
In dental care there is plenty of tartar and various contaminants smaller than 0.2 mm. Using a microscope up to 25x magnification, OAKS Dental can treat while seeing even fine areas that barely show up on X-rays.
Though implants have become common, success can hinge on slight differences in angle or biochemical diagnosis. Only when the surgeon’s extensive experience is combined with advanced equipment can a successful surgery be assured.
Because every implant differs in surface treatment and design, there is no all-purpose implant for every case. The best implant is the one that exactly fits the patient’s condition.
Although an implant is a good material that replaces a natural tooth, it cannot be the best solution for every patient. Communication between doctor and patient — drawing maximum value from minimal surgery — is essential.
